Had the first panic attack I’ve had in months tonight. Knew the only thing that would calm me down would be yoga so I completed my ashtanga vinyasa sequence, which made me feel a bit better. Trying to look past all of the stress in my life. School work is crazy right now and yoga & working out is the only thing keeping sane at this point. A measurements have transformed since the semester and my calculated body fat is 5% lower, which is such an accomplishment. My 6 times per week yoga routine is paying off.I need to realize that the people around me will continue to change and I need to focus on myself instead of others. If things are meant to be they will be. Focusing on my job (yay!) for the summer and plans for Thailand in August. Going to make this summer a good one. Before that I need to finish my essays and exams but then homeward bound to earn money waitressing :)
